1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms of Use of the Avrora VPN Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are developed by Stanum LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and define the terms of use of the Avrora VPN Service, as well as the rights and obligations of Users and the Company.

The following terms and definitions shall apply in this document and the resulting or related relations of the Parties:

Service — the Avrora VPN mobile application and other resources linked to the avroravpn.com website.

User — a legally capable natural person who has joined this Agreement in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of a legal entity represented by him.

Application — Avrora VPN mobile application linked to the website avroravpn.com.

Website — avroravpn.com.

Agreement — this Agreement with all additions and amendments.

1.2 Your use of the Avrora VPN Service in any manner and form within its stated functionality creates a contract under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the applicable laws.

1.3 By using any of the above-mentioned features of the Avrora VPN Service you confirm that:

a) You have read the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Service.

b) You accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement in full, without any exceptions or limitations on your part.

c) The Agreement may be amended by the Company without any special notice. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Company's Website.

2. General conditions of use of the Service

2.1 The use of the functionality of the Service is allowed only after the User has registered and authorised in accordance with the procedure established by the Company.

2.2 The technical, organisational and commercial conditions of using the Service, including its functionalities, are brought to the Users' attention by means of a separate posting on the Website or by notification of the Users.

2.3 The use of the Service for purposes contrary to applicable legislation is not allowed.

3. Terms of using the Service

3.1 You can register and get access to the Service on the site avroravpn.com.

3.2 Subscription is required to use the Service.

3.3 Subscription is paid monthly or annually according to the current Pricelist available at avroravpn.com.

3.4 Identification of the User implies processing of the User's personal data by the Company on the basis of the Privacy Policy.

4. Notices

4.1 The Company shall send any notifications to the User via personal messages in Telegram messenger and/or push notifications in the Application and/or to the User's e-mail address.

5. Personal Data

5.1 The User gives his/her consent to the Company to process his/her personal data, including: User's personal page ID in Telegram messenger, email address, Google or Apple ID account details.

5.2 The purposes of processing Personal Data are: provision of the Avrora VPN Service; informational support; marketing and statistical research; improving the quality of services; responding to the User's complaints and appeals.

5.3 The consent may be withdrawn by sending a written notice via @avrora_vpnbot on Telegram or to [email protected].

6. Suspension and termination of use

6.1 The User has the right to refuse to use the Avrora VPN Service.

6.2 The User's use of Avrora VPN may be suspended or terminated after the subscription expires.

7. Consideration of appeals and settlement of disputes

7.1 The User has the right to send appeals via @avrora_vpnbot on Telegram or to [email protected].

7.2 The Company is obliged to consider the User's appeals within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt.

8. Other provisions

8.1 The User guarantees that he/she will not use Avrora VPN for illegal purposes.

8.2 By acceding to the Rules of Use of Avrora VPN, the User gives his/her perpetual consent to receive notifications, messages of informational, advertising, marketing nature, as well as service and other messages from the Company.
